Lessons and tile and mat sets are paid in full at checkout, by Venmo. Here is exactly how, and the few rules that keep the table fair for everyone.
Pay online
Tap Pay on your lesson, or Buy now on a set. Fill in your name, email, phone and address, and you get a receipt on screen and by email. Then Venmo opens with the amount already filled in. On a phone that is two taps in the app. On a computer it opens Venmo’s website ready for you to sign in.

If Venmo will not let you send the whole amount, that is a limit on your own account rather than anything on our end — send her a message and she will sort it out with you.
Group lessons are capped at eight, so a paid booking is a confirmed booking.

Policies
Short, and written to be fair to you and to the other seven people at the table. The same rules apply to lessons and to tile and mat sets.
| Booking | Advance notice is required for all bookings. Request a lesson online. Darla or Paula confirms the time; your seat is held once payment arrives. |
| Payment | Full payment at checkout, by Venmo, for single lessons, for packages, and for tile and mat sets. Payment goes to Darla only. |
| Receipts | Every lesson booking and every set purchase gets a detailed receipt on screen and by email, with the set's photo. Keep it; the order number is what you put in the Venmo note. |
| Tiles and mats | Sets are brand new and non-branded. Your set is held once the payment arrives, and Darla confirms by email. Pickup in Montgomery is arranged by email; shipped orders go out after payment, shipping $58. No refunds. |
| Cancelling or rescheduling | Reschedule free with 48 hours' notice. No refunds. Let Darla or Paula know as soon as you can and they will move you to another open session. |
| Packages | Beginner Advanced is three two-hour sessions or two three-hour sessions, your choice. The entire package purchased must be used within 60 days. |
| Schedule | By appointment only. Inquire, and Darla or Paula will reach out by email within 24 hours. |
| Group size | Never more than 8 players in a group lesson. |
| Weather and illness | If Paula or Darla has to cancel, you choose another session or a full refund. |
| Your address, and hers | Paula's or Darla's home address is shared only in booking confirmations, never on this site. Yours is used only to show up for the lesson. |
